This theatrical experience is a retelling of selected key events and lesser known stories of everyday heroes from The Civil War. Mary Todd Lincoln shares her memories of the time period with us and shadows of the past appear to tell their own stories from this critically important chapter of our Nation's history. It is a mixture of true events and apocryphal stories using actual transcripts of speeches from this time period and articles about The Civil War. Music from the era is interspersed throughout the show.
